Where's the beef?

Chuckles, or Cliff as he is more commonly known is so called because he always seems to be laughing about something. A Big Man City fan, he is often found idolising the great Chopps. Every night he worships his shrine to Chopps for at least 2 hours, modelling the way he looks, learning to walk the way Chopps walks, especially learning his vocabulary. Once Chopps used the term 'Whats your beef?' and Cliff was using it for months after.

Apart from that, a thoroughly nice bloke and a fine upstanding member of society.
