Sarah is another strange creature from my Nottingham days. Usually founding dwelling drunk in a tree, a few feet from the ground. Likes to drink cider (a rare, odd breed), has a strange soft spot for Nij and likes Food Science. This could mean one of two things:

She likes food
She is into cultivating botulism to bring down the system from within.

Aside from her drinking tendancies and food related hobbies, a fairly jolly individual.
